On the Sparetime Supply website, we strive to make things easier for the customer by using quick view symbols to answer some of the most asked questions. You can refer below to some of the symbols you might see on the site and their meaning.
Qualifies for Truckload Pricing
Products with this symbol qualify for truckload pricing. There are several programs available; FOB Willits, Full Truckload (18+ pallets), ½ truckload (12 pallet minimum), FOB Vendor full truckload and Drop Ship. Not all vendors offer an FOB program. Some restrictions apply.
Qualifies for Free Shipping
Products with this symbol qualify for free shipping. Go to My Account > Settings > Customer Resources for the full shipping policy.
Qualifies towards Free Shipping
Products with this symbol qualify towards the free shipping minimum, but you will have to pay shipping on these items. Go to My Account > Settings > Customer Resources for the full shipping policy.
Does not Qualify Towards Free Shipping
Products with this symbol do not qualify for free shipping and you will have to pay the shipping on these items. Go to My Account > Settings > Customer Resources for the full shipping policy.
Qualifies as a Free Rider
Products with this symbol are free rider items. On qualifying free shipping orders, you may add up to 2 pallets of free rider items and receive free freight on the entire order. Free rider items do not count towards free freight minimums. Go to My Account > Settings > Customer Resources for the full shipping policy.
Organic Certified
Products with this symbol have an organic certification. See product details for specific organic certifications this product is registered under.
Dropship Items
Products with this symbol are Drop Ship Only. They are currently not stocked at our warehouses and only ship directly from the manufacturer. Additional freight charges and lead times may apply.
Special Order Items
Products with this symbol are Special Order and are not currently stocked at our warehouses. Additional freight charges and lead times may apply.
