Administrative Team

Andrew, President/CEO

Andrew started working at Sparetime in 1991 working with his brother and parents. In January of 2014, he returned to the Sparetime Family as a sales rep. In 2015 he took the role of Executive Vice President. Before his return, he attended Santa Rosa Junior College, Cal Poly San Louis Obispo and Texas Tech where he earned a BS, MS, and PhD in Animal Science. In his spare time, he likes to make meat products, garden and spend time with his two kids! His favorite plant to grow is Sun Gold tomatoes because they are sweet and candy-like.

Jaime, Vice President/CAO

As a longtime friend of the family and in need of something more stable, Jaime decided to take a chance on a new career and join the Sparetime family in 2011. In the last 9 years Jaime has worked her way up from starting as a receiving clerk, to Purchasing Manager and now the VP of Administration for the corporation. In her spare time, Jaime enjoys coaching her twin daughters in soccer, as well as playing many sports herself. Since Jaime has very little time for gardening, she and her daughters decided to build a water garden and enjoy watching the Koi and gold fish play.

Robert, Director of Wholesale Operations

Robert joined the Sparetime Family in February 2005. He previously worked in the sanitation industry and started at Sparetime as a driver. He was a natural leader and eventually transitioned into Trucking Manager. Now he is the VP of Operations making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. In his spare time, he rides his motorcycle, works on his car and old house, cooks, plays with his dogs and spends time with his kids. He loves growing corn because it’s easy and fresh corn right off the stock is about as sweet as it can be.

Heather, Executive Associate/Marketing Manager

Heather joined the Sparetime Family in 2014 as a customer service representative and has worn many hats at Sparetime. In October 2020, she moved into the admin team as an Executive Associate and continues to manage our marketing operations. Before Sparetime, she went to school at Humboldt State University where she obtained a BS in Business Management. In her spare time, she likes to camp, play with her dog, experiment in the kitchen and spend time with friends and family. Her favorite plants to grow are tomatoes because they’re delicious right off the vine.
